Pilates with Anna runs weekly classes in Plumpton Green

Pilates is a great form of exercise that can improve strength, flexibility and core stability. It is safe and effective for all ages and athletic abilities. Ideal for people who want to improve their overall fitness, flexibility & stamina, Pilates is a system of exercises that build strength, release tension and teach us to move efficiently.  

Pilates with Anna is a relaxed and friendly class in Plumpton Green. Classes can be booked privately or as part of a group class.  Group classes are limited, so booking is advised.
