All classes include a balance of exercises with a range of movements and positions. Classes are tailored to clients’ needs; whether you are returning from injury or pregnancy, looking to rebalance your body or to aid general fitness.

Classes are 55mins and can be booked privately or as part of a group class. Group classes run in 4-6week blocks.

Beginners who would like to join in the middle of term will need to do a 1:1 with Anna or a special introductory session before joining the main class. If you would like to attend extra classes or join in the middle of a block, a pro rata fee will apply. Please contact me for details.

 

GROUP CLASSES:

Due to the hands-on nature of Pilates teaching, classes are limited to a maximum of 10 people. This ensures you receive the attention you require to perform the exercises safely and effectively.

The next block of classes runs from Tuesday 24th September for 5 weeks

The following block of classes will be in November 2019

COSTS:

  • Taster class (24th Sept) - £5

  • Drop in Class Rate - £10

  • Block of 5 classes - £45

 

2019 TIMETABLE:

  • Tuesday evenings

    • Beginner Class 6.45 - 7.45pm

    • Mixed Ability Class 8pm - 9pm

       

PRIVATE CLASSES:

These are perfect for those new to Pilates or for people who prefer one to one attention and a more tailored workout. Classes can be at your home or mine and can also be shared between two people. 

Costs:  
£50 per hour (All equipment provided. Travel or parking costs may apply)
